Oiling with Messmer's UV Oil is recommended to bring out the rich coloration of the wood, but it is optional and will not extend the life of the material.

Rinowood™ Golf Ball Storage Box
Original Series: 1½” x 1½”, dado slot paneling and hidden pocket hole construction.
304 Hardware: Every screw, bolt, and fastener is made from 304 stainless steel, which means no rust stain drips or weakening of structural integrity from the outdoors—even from salt air or humid climates and other caustic chemicals.
For added rigidity on lids, a stainless steel U–channel bracket is included.
Important: Manually forcing lids shut is a potential safety hazard and may damage the brackets, leading to failure of the dampening mechanisms–thereby voiding our limited one year warranty policy.
