Sustainability
Long-lasting golf course furnishings keep materials in use and out of landfills. We pair durable construction with responsibly sourced hardwoods and recycled HDPE—supporting environmental goals without sacrificing performance on the course.
Materials & Certifications
#materialsRinowood™ Hardwood
Rinowood™ is a dense hardwood that is 100% biodegradable and relies on a single natural energy source—the sun. It captures and stores carbon before and after manufacturing, and every part of the tree, down to the bark, is utilized so that nothing goes to waste. Our hardwood supplier follows FSC guidelines and is certified by organizations including the USGBC (LEED).
Learn more about Rinowood™ →EasyCare™ Recycled HDPE
EasyCare™ is made from recycled HDPE, primarily sourced from post-consumer containers such as milk jugs. HDPE is one of the most stable plastics and can be reprocessed multiple times, preventing hundreds of containers from entering landfills each year. EasyCare™ is BPA-free, emits no harmful fumes, and may contribute toward LEED® material and resource credits when specified appropriately.
Learn more about EasyCare™ →Closed-Loop Manufacturing
#closed-loopOffcuts, shavings, and scrap from our production process are collected and reintroduced into the recycling stream whenever possible. HDPE remnants can be reground and used in new material formulations, extending the life of resources and reducing waste.
Sole Sourcing
#sole-sourcingWhere it makes sense, we consolidate purchasing through sole-source suppliers. This reduces inbound freight, simplifies paperwork, and limits the number of shipments needed to keep golf furnishings and replacement parts in stock.
Local Purchasing
#local-buyingWe source a significant portion of our raw materials, hardware, and supplies from within roughly 150 miles of our Muskego, Wisconsin facility. Buying locally helps lower transportation emissions, supports regional businesses, and shortens lead times for courses.
Paper Reduction
#paper-reductionWe prioritize digital proofs, documentation, and communication wherever possible. When printing is required—for catalogs, labels, or shipping—we use responsibly sourced paper with recycled content.
Energy & Schedule
#energyOur production is organized to make efficient use of energy and time, including consolidated workweeks and intentional equipment scheduling. Fewer start-ups, shutdowns, and commutes mean lower overall energy usage while maintaining quality standards.
