Cracks and checking may occur and are considered a natural occurrence in outdoor wooden furniture.
Oiling with Messmer's UV Oil is recommended to bring out the rich coloration of the wood, but it is optional and will not extend the life of the material.

304 Hardware: Every screw, bolt, and fastener is made from 304 stainless steel, which means no rust stain drips or weakening of structural integrity from the outdoors—even from salt air or humid climates and other caustic chemicals.
Double–sided option available.
Text is precision–routed and poured with an epoxy mixture for long–lasting color that never needs touching up.
All directional signs come standard with two stainless steel spikes.
